All
of our full time faculty have college degrees. We provide continuing
education through in-service topics such as "How students learn," "How
math reflects God's glory," and "How to deal with behavior and the
student's heart. Some of our teachers have been in the classroom for
more than 25 years. Our classroom aide has been in her present position
for more than 7 years.

ICS Board of Directors is comprised of local pastors, businessmen, and
parents. They meet monthly to discuss the business of the school. The
